Fusion: a merging of diverse, distinct, or separate elements into a unified
whole. Fusion Cuisine: food prepared using techniques and ingredients of various ethnic or regional cuisines. People often ask us what kind of food do we serve in our restaurants. Todd Leutner studied in Florida, but cooked all over the country. So, the cuisine is a fusion of his teachers with his own personal spin on the dish. Many of the dishes are American favorites with a creative "fusion" spin. We know that most people don't want to pay to for something they may or may not enjoy because the chef was overcreative. We pay very special attention to details, but most importantly, flavor and taste.
"Leutner has a sure touch. Even in the most elaborate dishes, there's no sense of strain as a multitude of ingredients play off one another." --Daily Press "Todd Leuthner and his crew make it look simple. Whether combining a dizzying array of ingredients into a single dish to produce a subtle interplay of flavors, or elevating a dish of ice cream to a work of art, the process appears effortless." --Daily Press |
